Rick Tew · The Digital Dojo

AI agents for small business owners. We run them. You hold the press.

For owners who hate tech, are tired of it, or have no time for it. An AI agent is an AI worker with one job. We call ours ninjas. We build them, train them on your own work and manage them. They draft, file and propose. Your team checks the work and presses send. The AI is in the price, on our accounts.

How it works

The system first. Then AI where it helps.

1

The foundation first

We build the foundation first: the systems your business runs on. They work like software you would buy, and they run without AI.

2

AI where it helps

Then we find where AI can help, and train those ninjas for your workflow in our Digital Dojo.

3

A person at the helm

A person stays at the helm. We oversee the builds, the finished work and the process, and report to you in writing.

The agents

One job each. Every one ran on me first.

These are the parts we build with. The free look decides which ones your business gets, and we manage them.

The Front Desk

An AI reads every support mail, day and night, and drafts the reply from your own written answers. You read, you press send.

The Money Desk

"Money received" mails file themselves and match against what is owed. One press confirms and writes the books.

The Booking Desk

People book you without an account or email ping-pong. Reminders, reschedules and cancels handle themselves.

Colleagues by Email

AI workers with their own mailboxes. Ask the numbers desk a question from your phone; the answer comes back by mail. None of them touch money or the outside world.

The Marketing Room

A brief goes in, three drafts come out in your voice. Only the one you approve goes out, and the day's numbers land in one glance.

The Notebook

Your AI gets smarter only by proposing notes you approve, and nothing is ever deleted, so you always know what it knows.

Why a person runs them

Every agent starts at white belt. Trust is earned.

Most AI tools hand you the tool and leave the rest with you: setting it up, learning it, keeping up with which model is best this month. Here the AI is in the price and runs on our accounts, and a person watches over it.

Propose only

Mine start at white belt: propose only, prove it, earn the next belt. Nothing sends, pays or posts on its own unless you choose that for a task, and only after it has been tested.

Belts are earned

Ninjas earn belts the way my gym kids do: by showing up and proving it. A trusted ninja gets more to do, and the desks start passing work to each other: support to bookings to money.

No AI account

The AI is in the price: we run it on our accounts, and you never open an AI account or watch a meter.

One view, in writing

A workforce with one view over all of it, and a person overseeing it, reporting to you in writing. Every judgment call is still yours.

We help you run it; we do not run it for you, and we are not on your payroll. Want the whole day run for you, something bigger than one Dojo, or the build inside your own accounts? That is a custom price, and we talk first.

Two plans

Two plans. One flat bill each.

Basic plan

R2 Managed Hosting

$222 to build

Then $99 a month, or $999 a year. Your website or small app, built and managed for you. A normal hosting company only rents you the space: the logins, the settings and the fixes are still yours to do. Managed means you send us a message instead. Price changed? Email not arriving? Site down? Send us a message. Small changes and fixes are part of it; something new, like an extra page or a new form, is quoted in writing first.

Your Dojo

$2,222 / month, flat

All of that, plus your admin handled as a service. We manage the AI ninjas that draft every reply and file every payment. Your team checks it and presses send. Any number of people. The AI is in the price.

The free look first. Monthly, cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. All sales are final. No refunds.

Not in the price: ad spend, and software your business already pays for on its own.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Do I need to understand AI to use this?

No. That is the point. We build and train the Dojo; you run your business. If you ever want to see under the hood, just ask. You never have to.

Will an AI talk to my customers without me knowing?

Not without your say. Every ninja starts at white belt: propose only. Drafts pile up for your review, and a person presses every send, pay and post. By default nothing goes out without a press. Sending on its own is your choice, task by task, and only after it has been tested. One exception, and it is ours: the mailbox on our AI Ninja page is answered first by our Ninja Agent, from answers we wrote, because that is the demo.

Can I get just one desk?

A desk is one AI ninja on one job, like the Front Desk drafting your support replies. And yes: that is how every Dojo starts. The free look picks the one job that eats the most hours, usually the inbox, and one ninja takes it. More join once it has proven itself, and the price stays $2,222 a month, flat.

What does it cost?

Your Dojo is $2,222 a month: we build it, host it, and help you run it; your team presses every send. The free look comes first. Monthly, cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. Smaller need? R2 Managed Hosting: we build your site or small app and host it on our stack, $222 to build, then $99 a month or $999 a year. The AI is in the price: we run it on our accounts, and you never open an AI account or watch a meter. Not in the price: ad spend, software your business already pays for on its own, and building a product you sell, which is separate work agreed in writing first.

Why the belts?

Because trust is earned by showing up and proving it, which is how I grade kids at the gym. A ninja that has proven itself gets more to do. One that has not, does not.

Tell me where your hours go.

Our mailbox is on the AI Ninja page. Our Ninja Agent answers first, from answers we wrote. A person picks it up from there.
